USE CREME-DELISH® CULINARY POWDER

  • 6 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cup creme delish
  • 10 egg yolk
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
Creme Brulee
Heat up heavy cream and creme delish until almost a boil stirring often. Mix egg yolks, sugar, salt with a wisk till pale yellow. Temper your hot cream with yolks till well mixed. Let sit a few minutes then skim the bubbles from the top before filling your cups with the custard. Bake inside a water bath at 325 covered for 45 to 60 min or until middle is cooked but jiggly. Cool overnight till set
